How much do you charge for pick-up?

We do not charge any fees for pick-up. However, you may incur additional costs depending on your location and payment method.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on the availability of the items and the location of delivery or pick-up. Generally, it takes between 1 to 3 working days to process and dispatch your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped or ready for pick-up.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order if the items are faulty, damaged or not as described. You will need to contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the items before returning them. We will refund you or exchange the items as per your request.
